Abstract Translated from German Erfindungsgemäss werden 5'-Ester von Pyrimidinnucleo siden der allgemeinen Formel worin R' eine Methylgruppe oder ein Jodatom, R 2 ein Wasserstoff oder eine Hydroxylgruppe, R 3 eine verzweigte oder unverzweigte Alkylgruppe von 1 bis 17 C-Atomen, Cycloalkangruppe mit 5 bis 10 C-Atomen oder eine Phenylgruppe bedeuten, bereitgestellt. According to the invention 5'-esters of pyrimidine nucleosides of the general formula wherein R 'is a methyl group or an iodine atom, R 2 is a hydrogen or a hydroxyl group, R 3 is a branched or unbranched alkyl group of 1 to 17 carbon atoms, cycloalkane group having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or a phenyl group.
