Abstract Translated from German Bei diesem Trägerelement ist die Aussenoberfläche derart ballig geformt, dass das Trägerelement in eine mittels eines eine halbkugelförmige Ausssparung erzeugenden Fräsers im Knochen in verschiedenen axialen Richtungen einschraubbar ist. In the case of this carrier element, the outer surface is shaped spherically in such a way that the carrier element can be screwed into a milling cutter in the bone by means of a hemispherical recess in various axial directions.
