Abstract

Abstract A push-button device, having a guide member (8) between a button head (1) and a guide body (3), is intended to be able to be assembled easily. In order to be able to fit the button head (1) carrying the guide member (8) onto the guide body (3) simply, a latching device (18, 22) holds the guide member (8) in a latched position. In the latched position, stop regions (11, 13) of the guide member (8) are located in front of engagement slots (24, 25). If the button head (1) is pressed down, the guide member (8) moves out of the latched position into the operating position. The stop regions (11, 13) pass into the engagement slots (24, 25). <IMAGE>
