Abstract
Abstract Resin compositions, soluble in odorless mineral spirits, and dryable at room temperature after application to textiles, leather, wood or other surfaces to form soil-oil and water-repellent coatings. The resin compositions are terpolymers comprising a fluoroaliphatic vinyl monomer, a hydrocarbyl higher alkyl vinyl monomer and a polyfunctional vinyl monomer selected from the group consisting of (a) a vinyl amido glycolate ether monomer; (b) a monomeric vinyl diketo ester monomer and (c) a vinyl ester monomer containing hydroxy and halide groups.
