Abstract
Abstract Arrangement in which both PDA and onboard computer have an interface for communication with each other. One or both devices have an assistance function that allows a user to make data in the other device available to the device he is using. A software program supplies the assistance function. An Independent claim is made for a mobile data processing device such as a PDA that can be used to link to a motor vehicle onboard computer.
