Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively manage users by transmitting an alarm message to a terminal equipment when monitored no-response time reaches a certain decided alarm value before reaching a limit value. CONSTITUTION:An alarm message transmitting means 40 is provided as an alarm means to transmit the alarm message to a terminal equipment 70 when the no-response time counted by a timer means 30 reaches the previously decided alarm value before reaching the limit value, and a counter for counting alarm time, which is out of the figure, is provided in the timer means 30. Then, a means is provided to activate the alarm message transmitting means 40 when the value of this counter reaches the alarm value. When the no-response time of the terminal equipment 70 monitored by the timer means 30 reaches the 90%, for example, of the limit time, the alarm means transmits the alarm message to the terminal equipment 70. Thus, the limit of the no-response time if shortened, the time remaining useless sessions is decreased and the users are effectively managed.
