Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:An aqueous sol comprising an edible hydrophilic sol which gels wiyh a coagulant and an enzyme which decomposes the sol only is treated to obtain sol granules coated with a gel used as food such as artificial fish eggs, cod-liver oil, jelly, etc.
