Blower
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the blowing capacity by installing a rectifying vane wheel which is revolved in the opposite direction onto that of the blowing vane wheel, by the air flow generated by a blowing vane wheel. CONSTITUTION:A blowing vane wheel 5 is installed onto the rotary shaft 4 of a motor 2 installed onto a frame 1 by means of a supporting piece 3. A supporting shaft 8 is screwed into the front side center part of the boss 6 of the blowing vane wheel 5, and a boss 11 is fitted around the top edge part of the supporting shaft 8 through a ball bearing 9, and vanes 12 twisted in the opposite direction to the vane 7 of the blowing vane wheel 5 are projected from the periphery of the boss 11, and thus a rectifying vane wheel 10 is formed. When the blowing vane wheel 5 is revolved by driving a motor 2, and air stream flowing from the front area to the rear area of the frame 1 is generated, and the rectifying vane wheel 10 is revolved in the opposite direction to the vane wheel 5 by said air stream which passes through the frame 1. As a result, tubulent flow or stagnant flow is eliminated, and the blowing capacity is increased.
