Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:A plurality of sheets are arranged so that their end faces oppose to the end faces of adjacent sheets and sewed with a needle thread and a binding bobbin thread by threading across the interface so that the two threads form binding knots to give regenerated sheet with increase commodity values. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sheets, e.g., strips of waste artificial leather after removing defect parts, are arranged so that ends of a sheet face to ends of adjacent sheets 1, 1 and the sheets are sewed by threading across interfaces in zigzag forms. At this time, the needle thread 2a and the bobbin thread 2b are connected by round tying 2 where at least 3 knots are formed per 1 stroke to prevent threads from untying. When sheets different in color are used, a sheet of check pattern is obtained.
