Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve analyzing ability by forming a pair of image inversion prisms and a pair of electronic shutters reacting to the prisms in the endoscope part and obtaining a subject image having a stereoscopical convergence angle. CONSTITUTION:When the initial synchronizing signal is inputted and an electronic shutter 4a is in the light transmitting status, light from a subject 2 is made incident upon an image pickup element part 8 through the 1st lens 3, an electronic shutter 4a, a prism (image inversion prism) 5a of a dope, and the 2nd lens 6 as a subject image (right image), converted into an electric signal and sent to a display means 9 to display the subject image. Since the right eye part 10a os spectacles 10 is in the light transmitting status and the left eye part 10b is in the light interrupting state, the subject image is observed through the right eye part 10a. The field of the display means 9 is switched by the succeeding synchronizing signal and the electronic shutters 4a, 4b are turned to the interrupting status and transmitting status respectively synchronously with said switching. Thus, the subject image can be stereoscopically observed by the spectacles 10 controlled at its switching.
