Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a coating agent which is excellent in film forming property, wettability to a substrate, blocking resistance and can give a film excellent in adhesion to a substrate, by mixing a specified polymer emulsion with a photopolymerizable film-forming aid and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:A polymer emulsion (A) of a min. film-forming temperature >=0 deg.C (e.g., acrylic copolymer emulsion) is mixed with 2-150wt.% based on the solid matter of component A, photopolymerizable film-forming aid (B) (e.g., trimethylolpropane triacrylate) having at least one photopolymerizable unsaturated group in the molecule and having an MW of 100-1,000, a solubility parameter of 8-12, and a b.p. >=100 deg.C, a photopolymerization initiator (C), and, optionally, a stabilizer, a colorant, a modifier, a dispersant, a wetting agent, an antifoamer, a thickness, a flow modifier, etc. (D).
