Progressive direction changer for moving wall
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To freely change the direction of a moving wall by opposing fixed hanger rails to each other in a Y shape or cruciform at their intersection, and interconnecting them by means of a freely rotating turn rail, the hanger rails bearing a traveling element from which a moving wall is hung. CONSTITUTION: Hanger rails 5, 5' which bear a traveling element to which hanging bolts for hanging a moving wall are connected are opposed to each other in a Y shape or cruciform with a predetermined clearance therebetween at their intersection. A freely rotating turn rail 6 is disposed using the center of the clearance as a rotational axis 13. Driven elements 8, 8 are disposed in positions where the traveling element abuts them during travel, and gears 11, 15, 14, 15, 11 are operated in conjunction with one another to constitute a simultaneous rotation mechanism. The traveling element which has traveled on the hanger rails 5, 5' is transferred onto the turn rail 6, which is then rotated by the required angle to transfer the traveling element onto other hanger rails 5', 5.
