Abstract THE MACHINE INCLUDES AN ENDLESS CONVEYOR FOR ADVANCING CONTAINERS AND A ROTARY SEALING HEAD FOR SEALING A COVER MEMBER TO EACH CONTAINER. A MANUALLY OPERATED CRANK WITH CAMS IS PROVIDED FOR MOVING THE SEALING HEAD INTO AND OUT OF SEALING POSITION. THE CRANK ALSO CONTROLS ACTUATION OF THE CONVEYOR DRIVE IN CORRELATION WITH MOVING THE SEALING HEAD TO PROVIDE CONTINUOUS SEALING THROUGH ANY STOPPAGES.
