A two way carrying device comprising: a. a body portion having an open end; b. a plurality of carrying strap inserting portions provided on opposite sides of said body portion; and c. at least one strap inserted through said carrying strap inserting portions and extending across said open end of said body portion, the opposite ends of said strap being connected together, whereby when said open of said body portion is facing upwardly, an article can be carried in said body portion and when said open end is facing downwardly, said body portion acts as a cover for said article to be carried.

A two way carrying device comprising: a. a body portion having an open end; b. a plurality of carrying strap inserting portions provided on opposite sides of said body portion; and c. at least one strap inserted through said carrying strap inserting portions and extending across said open end of said body portion, the opposite ends of said strap being connected together, whereby when said open of said body portion is facing upwardly, an article can be carried in said body portion and when said open end is facing downwardly, said body portion acts as a cover for said article to be carried.
