Abstract WATER-DISPERSIBLE DIETHYLSTILLBESTROL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING FINELY-DIVIDED DIETHYLSTILLBESTROL AND 70 TO 95 PERCENT OF A WATER-DOSPERSIBLE, GEL FORMING MICRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE HYDROCLLOID AND PREFERABLY ALSO CONTAINING SMALL AMOUNTS OF A DISPERSING AGENT SUCH AS SODIUM CARBOXYMETHYLCELLULOSE AND OTHER SIMILAR HHYDROCOLLOIDS. THE DRY MIXTURE IS SIMPLY MIXED WITH WATER FOR FROM 5 TO 30 MINUTES TO OBTAIN A STABLE AQUEOUS SUSPENSION OF THE DIETHYLSTILBESTROL.
