Abstract
Abstract The growth of unwanted weed seeds and seedling weeds is inhibited by applying to the locus thereof a herbicidal composition containing one or more substituted 3-pyridylmethanes as the herbicidally active ingredient. The growth of suckers on tobacco plants is controlled by applying these compositions to the growing plants.
