Abstract A PULSE LENGTH MULTIPLIER CIRCUIT INCLUDES A CAPACITOR FOR PROVIDING A MULTIPLICATION FACTOR MF=1+ IC/ID WHERE IC IS THE CHARGING CURRENT APPLIED TO THE CAPACITOR IN RESPONSE TO THE PRESENCE OF AN INPUT PULSE AND ID IS THE DISCHARGING CURRENT DRAWN FROM THE CAPACITOR IN RESPONSE TO THE ABSENCE OF AN INPUT PULSE. THE CHARGING CURRENT IC=IS WHERE IS IS A CONSTANT SUPPLY CURRENT. THE DISCHARGING CURRENT ID= M/N IS WHERE M/N IS THE RATIO OF THE NUMBER M OF TRANSISTORS IN ONE PARALLEL CONNECTED SET OF A MATCHED SERIES TO THE NUMBER N OF TRANSISTORS IN ANOTHER PARALLEL CONNECTED SET OF THE MATCHED SERIES. AS A RESULT, THE MULTIPLICATION FACTOR MF=1+ N/M CIRCUIT.
