Abstract

Abstract A pair of electrodes formed of dissimilar metals are placed in an uncured resin. As the resin cures, the material produces a dc potential up to several hundred millivolts. The potential can be plotted with time of cure as an indication of the relative rate of chemical activity occurring during the curing period.
