Abstract
Abstract A convertible cleaner having valve conversion to selectively modify the cleaner for on-the-floor or tool hose operation includes a dial which is actuated to move the valve. The dial has means movable therewith which block hose removal until the conversion valve has been positioned again in its on-the-floor mode.
