Abstract
Abstract Disclosed herein are polyhalogenated isocyanates (intermediates for polyfluorinated vinyl isocyanates); polyfluorinated vinyl isocyanates, process therefor, and homopolymers and copolymers thereof; and use of said polyfluorinated vinyl isocyanate homopolymers and copolymers as water and oil repelling agents for cloth and paper.
