Abstract
Abstract Compounds having the formula: ##STR1## wherein R 1 is phenyl or cycloalkyl and the phenyl may have at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, amino and nitro; R 2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; A is --CH 2 O-- or --CH 2 CH(O-lower alkyl)-; n is zero (0) or one (1); when R 1 together with (A) n is unsubstituted phenyl, R 2 is lower alkyl; and R 3 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy, have anti-ulcerousaction.
