Abstract

Abstract A decorating head is provided with an array of nozzles for dispensing a highly aerated food product. An internal deflector is provided to direct the product to the periphery of the head. A central distributor directs another portion of the product outwardly across the bottom wall to provide wide distribution. At the inlet to each nozzle is an orifice which produces uniform extrusions of product from each nozzle.
