Claim 1
Independent Claim 90 words
An oxygen sensor exhibiting a change in electrical resistance as a function of oxygen partial pressure, comprising at least one of strontium ferrate (SrFeO 3-x ), barium ferrate (BaFeO 3-x ), and strontium barium ferrate (Sr 1-b Ba b FeO 3-x ), where 3-x indicates an oxygen deficiency in the oxide and b is 0 to 1, in which 10 to 70 atomic percent of the iron in the ferrate lattice has been replaced by at least one element selected from the group consisting of titanium, cerium, tantalum and noibium.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 90 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 78 words
